But if you need help using the product or troubleshooting problems, we strongly encourage you to join the Rotato community Discord Server, where it is possible to engage in real-time conversations with both Rotato team members and other Rotato users.
Troubleshooting KaraFun Integration
If you are having trouble getting Rotato's KaraFun connection working, please begin by familiarising yourself with the KaraFun Integration help, especially the "One-Time Setup" section. We have also created a dedicated KaraFun troubleshooting guide to help diagnose issues further.
Full-Screen Mode on iPad Keeps Turning Off
When turning on full-screen mode on an Apple iPad, you will notice that trying to scroll up the list (by dragging down with your finger) causes full-screen mode to turn off again. This is a known limitation of Safari on iOS: It interprets ANY downward drag as a request to end full-screen mode.
Workaround: With the Rotato editor visible in Safari, hit the Share button and choose "Add To Home Screen". This creates a shortcut on the Home Screen that will launch Rotato in something very close to full-screen mode.
